Patricia Douglas, M.A., is a seasoned educator, counselor, and advocate with over 30 years of experience supporting families, students, and communities. Her career spans roles as a special educator, school counselor, mental health professional, and teen. She has worked across school systems and clinical settings to champion inclusive, strengths-based approaches to learning and emotional well-being. As a Parent Educator, Patricia has facilitated workshops for parents and professionals, integrating Adlerian principles with practical tools for respectful, connected parenting.

Patricia’s work is grounded in both personal insight and professional rigor. As a parent of three grown children, she credits Positive Discipline as a cornerstone of her family’s long-term well-being.
